FCBK Telegram chatbot notifies you of any changes in your credit history

cdThe First Credit Bureau Kazakhstan has launched the first chatbot for financial market on Telegram, a popular Internet messaging app. In addition to the standard features @FCBKbot users can get free and fast own Personal Credit Score, as well as notifications on any changes in their credit history statement.       

Ruslan Omarov, the CEO of FCBK: “The FCBK’s Telegram-based bot is first of all a cutting-edge communication tool for our clients. In our strategy we continuously strive to better the quality of services to our clients, who today number at more than 100,000. We made sure to make it useful and informative. So for example the user can get information about his or her credit risk calculated using the FCB’ credit scoring model which is widely used by many banks. Being committed as we are to providing innovative solutions to our clients we have already kicked off work to develop similar bots for Whatsapp and Facebook messengers. The @FCBKbot intuitive and easy-to-use interface allows the user to locate the nearest FCBK client services office, enjoy useful content and find links to FCBK products for individuals.

 

“Credit Control light” is an exciting feature that enables free subscription to a simplified version of our “Credit control history” and receive notifications on changes in user’s credit history.

 

The feature that let the user receive free expedited credit rating (the simplified version of the Personal credit rating) in colors that indicate the user’s credit risk standing using his or her IIN (individual identification number). There are 5 colored zones from negative (red) to positive (green). A complete Personal credit rating as a score with a detailed explanation can be obtained on the FCBK’s mobile app or on www.1cb.kz.
