We are the real deal!

We are the real deal!

Some months ago, we applied for an European Union Community Trade Mark (EU CTM) and we got it!  This is a lengthy and costly process to ensure we have protection so that no one else can use our name or logo in a similar industry. We are covered under 6 classes –  Financial affairs & insurance, for all printed materials and advertising, plus receiving, collecting and/or supplying and/or forwarding of messages and data, in Education (Creditinfo Academy training) and finally for research, design and development of computer hardware & software (CBS5).

We did this because our Creditinfo name is very important to us.  Over the last 2 decades, we have invested a lot of time, money and energy in creating a successful brand which has become synonymous with providing high quality credit information and risk management solutions. And we don’t want anyone using our name under false pretenses. There is nothing fake about us nor our name, and we want to keep it that way.

Currently covered under the EU CTM mark are: Austria, Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg), Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Next step…. getting trademark protection in all other countries where we have operational sites worldwide.  And now we have the EU version, our applications in other countries should be more speedily accepted and implemented.
