RAIG STEPHEN

With over 10 years’ experience in the financial sector, Mr Craig A. Stephen, founding partner of Coalesce Credit Solutions Limited has covered a broad cross-section of financial duties including full operational and administrative management of a Credit Union. In 2006, his skills and attitude awarded him the position of Operations and Administrations Manager at the U.W.I

Mona and Community Co-operative Credit Union after only one year of service. His rapid promotion from member care representative to special credit officer and then to manager within a year is a testament to his work ethic and knowledge of the industry. His contributions included helping the credit union to earn over a billion in assets hurtling them into the large credit union category. His keen attention to the efficiency of processes pushed him to create two revolutionary ways of: a) processing loans and b) storing data, which were both later introduced completely into the company’s software. His passions for the financial industry lead him to New York to earn his Bachelors in professional studies in Business Administration. After which he expanded his skill set by furthering his education and earning his Master’s in Business Administration from the Mona School of Business.
